Job Description

• Procurement, sales of commodity and all activities related thereto
• Managing warehouse and inventory
• Banking, administration and legal matters
• Dealing with labor contractors and clearing agents
• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission — specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
• Manages the growth and success of the team
• Coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements,Responsible for planning of daily operations
• Communicates with all relevant employees to ensure delivery times are meet Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis
• Communicates any changes in the order or delivery date to the team
• Monitors port operations & cargo release
• Makes sure the working environment maintains access to quality
• Confirms that health and safety regulations are followed

Job requirements

• Agro knowledge or from agro industry is preferred
• Computer knowledge and English speaking is must
• Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbal
• Leadership Skills, capability of running a team independently
• Experience in Negotiating
• Ability to Work in a Team Environment
• Strong Problem Solving Skills; Ability to Engage and Motivate Others; Drive to Achieve Results
