Providing training solutions to the entrepreneurs in the small medium enterprise segment
Getting the participation for the short-term &long-term entrepreneur workshops
Performing customer engagement activities on regular basis
Executing various marketing and promotional activities for creating an awareness among the entrepreneurs
Achieving sales & collection targets on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis
Ensuring continuous increase in the revenue generation through launching multiple programs at various locations within the stipulated timeframe
Setting out quality standards for various operational areas, ensuring a high-quality customer experience while adhering to the Systems and work processes
Defining service standards and guidelines that serve as benchmark for excellent service delivery thereby contributing towards ameliorated service revenue generation
Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets
Catering to all the major industries-Automobile,Pharma,Textile,Engineering,Retail,Advertising,Education etc..
Consulting with small and mid-market businesses, offering an extensive business portfolio of products to new and existing customers
Networking with financially strong & reliable channel partners for product launch & promotion which resulted in deeper market penetration
Developing new streams for revenue growth and identifying potential clients in the market and maintaining relationships with key customers to achieve targets
Doing needs analysis as required to address and identify customer needs & providing the suitable solutions thereby enabling them to scale up their business
Any Graduate / post graduate candidate with space selling or service industry exposure will be eligible to apply for the same.
Extensive travelling required.
Must have good communication & presentation skills.
Candidate should be a go-getter & self motivated.
Prior experience in education or training industry preferable but not mandatory.
